I find that my CO2 cartridge fits into the grooves in my Hed 3's; however, it can't squeeze into the groove in my Renn 575 disc. I have the "crack pipe" adaptor for my floor pump, but it doesn't seem to fit into the CO2 cartridge gun that I have!
Is there a special adaptor for discs if you're using the CO2 cartridge?
