13th September - Norseman - Rest Day

Our first rest day has arrived.

We're all happy to have a day off the bike.

We're off to Balladonia tomorrow, a distance of 191 km. We'll be riding 7 days straight of those kinds of distances. There's not a lot out there in the middle of Australia so we're just riding from Roadhouse to Roadhouse.

Absolutely right.

We're now on our second rest day in Ceduna.

We've just cycled 7 days straight with distances ranging from 147km to 196km.

It's great to just wear normal clothes and stay off the bike for a day.

It'll be hard saddling up in the morning but it'll only be 5 days until our next rest day. phew.
