The above link has pretty cool freeware (yes totally freeware without the typical installed advertising).
Its just a series of plug-ins, but each one is divided. If I would like to have those features with Pinnacle Studio I had to buy them, here you can download for free similar tools.

This other one is to remove noise to digital pics, incredible results. This is more a test version because saved images will have a grid. I am in no way affiliated with them, the results are amazing and as you can see many companies use it to achieve better results on the digital images.
