I would but my lever wouldnt work so well vertical. The crossbar is really whats too big on them.

Well if they fit you they are good. My friend has them and he loves them because he has wide shoulders but I dont and have long arms so the suck for me.

You can cut Slams down to like 25ish...
But if your going to cut Slams, you should have just gotten Medium bars or Smal slams.

I got them for free and once I fix everything else on my bike I will but that won't be until like christmas because I have no job.

What kind of bars are you intending on getting?
Berringers(sp?) are smaller versions of Slams, if you like the height and stuff of your slams.

Animal piffs but I'm not going to get them for awhile so I'm not sure if thats what I'm going to get.

I also liked those bars, but the fact that they weren't heat-treated made me look elsewhere.

He got a new frame and a bunch of other new parts.

oh. i thought he just completely got a new bike didnt realzie the general lee was actually gone

Cracked it at the chainstay, got it welded to get me through for a bit then got the macneil.

I sanded my frame down back to white, the spray paint just came right off, leaving the old white, just not as shiny and smooth since it was sanded...(duh)

Its at the shop, i just have to pick it up...
Its white. And the sprocket is polished(apparently they were sold out of black, ill probly paint it or something...)

Won't white get a bit dirty with all the trails you ride?

My DK was white, and I never had a problem when I rode trails.

kinetik flipped a ***** when i dropped his bike and his barend got a wee bit muddy today at the trails.

Yesterday I was screwing around and jumped off my bike, it rolled into a mud puddle and got crap all over the grips and half of the front wheel... it's a lot of work to clean it off :/

The other day i was riding and my pants got caught in the sprocket, i stopped and i couldnt get off as i was still stuck and i fell in a puddle. Not good. My grips and i were soaked and it was a bugger to dry my grips which were slipping. And my pants got ripped

I hate when pants get caught in the chainwheel.

I've duck taped my pants up again, good as new

But then that just looks ********.

How can you do that from the inside? Does that work good?

turn the pants inside out and tape them.

heres the story:

i found this 3 year old can of halloween spraycan dye stuff (thats where i got the sparkles) in my frinds attic. so i sprayed it on my frame and thought it looked pretty sick. so i rode home completly bow legged for 5 miles so wouldnt rub off the sparkles and put like...5 coats of clearcoat. there ya go...i thought it was funny
