Hi,
Can anyone comment on the cycling conditions for the suggested route? I'm guessing that it's relatively flat and that your Seaway Trail covers most of it.
What I'm interested in is the availability of and the conditions of the road shoulders along the way.
I'd like to ride it this summer as one leg of my trip from Ottawa to Kingston via Cornwall/Massena.
