Yes, but is the mud sliding yet? Man that must suck. Fires in the summer and mud slides in the winter. Hopefully none will happen.

We don't get mud slides cause we're in the suburbs (no hills), but we did have a brush fires 2 summers ago about 20 feet from my window.

You see the houses to the right of the 91 offramp to Magnolia? Thats us.
