I just got a few and man are they a tough work out. Only thing I don't like is that Coach Troy can't count. He'll say 5 more seconds of rest and literally 2 seconds later you're into the next interval. My other videos start on a 5 or 10 second segment. Spinervals you start at like an 8 second. It is a tough workout. No Slackers I felt was harder than the Time Trials or Team Zoot. I have a few more on order as well. I need the Rest Recovery one as I am terrible on trying to do that on my own. What are some of the other impressions of these videos? I have the Cyclrobx Strength and Technique and the CTS Hill Climbing video.

I have the 'TT' and 'Recovery' videos and plan to get more. Probably some of the CTS videos as well. Gonna need it this winter.

Generally speaking I like the videos. I thought I was kicking everyone's ass during the single foot reps--they were all grimacing and sweating and panting. And I'm like "wimps". Then my brother came up and turned up the tension on my trainer. Now I am dying with the rest of them.:p

Coach Troy is a bit of geek with his balloon-like shorts but I keep doing what he says over and over.

BTW the recovery video seems a bit more of a workout than a simple recovery ride.

The Clydesdale is a nice and easier one.
