I'm looking for a rear hub for a partial wheel rebuild. I currently have a 28 spoke Ritchey zero play hub and it's gone bad (too much wet riding) The bike is all 105 group. I'm looking for a suitable replacement hub that will handle wet weather a little better. Any suggested sources?

Depends on your budget, but the same Ritchey hubs are constantly on ebay pretty cheap. If you want another brand, type 28 into the search on ebay in the hubs & rims category and see what pops up. I used to find Record, Dura Ace, Ultegra, White Industries, etc. when I did that. Aside from ebay, check out the hubs on www.oddsandendos.com
