Tall bike build > without welding < ?

Can anyone shed some light on how one could go about doing this?

Essentially, using hardware store bits and other good ideas ...

hmm, I've seen how-tos, dunno where though. on the front put a hub in the stem and bolt the top frame's fork to it. in the back use bed rail or similar to bolt between dropouts. good luck!

but i'd suggest finding someone with a welder cuz that one doesn't look too strong
