Read "Sports Nutrition for Endurance Atheletes" by Monique Ryan for a good guide on proper nutrition. BTW, don't let the title scare you. You don't have to be a century a month type person to benefit from the information she provides.

I stopped into GNC today for a few things and noticed they had the four pack of cans on sale buy one, get one free, which really makes me wonder what's going on w/ FRS. Does anyone know how the company is doing?

I hope they're doing great. I first started drinking it when they had a demo at Costco about a year and a half ago, and haven't stopped drinking it since. There is a similar sale at Henry's for those in the San Diego area, so I'm guessing they are still trying to promote their product.

I know my LBS got a free sample pack of all their different forms. I think there really just trying hard to get their product out there.
