Oh, Dan, that's called California weather. It's temperamental and you just can't know. So, I say, no, it won't suck. :)

I would... but its the same day as Devil's Punchbowl. Think of me suffering in a 50 mile hilly road race while you guys are frolicking in the fields of flowers...

Well, butter my hairy butt and call me a furry biscuit.

Furry Biscuit, I have a stick of butter waiting.:p

Good point about BA. But I won't do both, so no Wildflower this year.

I'm gonna register. The heat caused me to dnf last year, so it's unfinished business!

I'll most likely do something up here in NorCal ... go Tierra Bella, Wildflower (Chico), Primavera, Sea Otter Classic, all in the same month. So many rides in April.

What's wrong? They're having a slow year. Took them 13 hours to sell out.

How many riders can register? What is the limit?

while on active.com, I registed for the May 10th Crusin` the Conejo too. Last year that was my first century and I remember is was managed so lovely (kids holding your bike when you refill water); I know we are 5 month away and this one is not so limited, but I am in.

I was going to sign up, but the place and time is wrong for my schedule... still might do palm springs...

Wow, that went fast!

I got in, but may need to reconsider going depending on my schedule.

Does anybody know how quickly rooms sell out in that area?

I'm telling ya, it is the memory of the 110 degree heat along that 17 mile stretch of hell now known as Shakey's kitchen (the 17 miles on the Century route right before the last years lunch stop)

That’s ok, I haven’t been over there in a while. I have been very busy trying to finish my house remodel and it doesn’t look like I’m going to get in the near future, damn. I’m with the biggest part of it, the remodel, but it’s those little finish things that seem to take forever.
