So Ive managed to strip the INSIDE of the retaining bolt i my hub (not the threads)... so an allen wrench cant get in there.

Any suggestions how to get that puppy out?

epoxy on the allen wrench?

Yep, sounds like an inventive and effective solution to me. You might even be able to salvage the wrench with a few judicious hits with a hammer -- or cuts with a hacksaw.
