i have a triple setup, ultegra crank and bb, 105 rear derailer, tiagra FD (soon to be ultegra as soon as it gives reason to be removed). I currently have a 12-25 (tiagra cassette) setup and want to go to 11-23 ultegra rear cassette. I am guessing i will just have to re-adjust the rear derailer. I have looked at the shimano website and it looks like it will be ok. Will i need to shorten the chain? Am i missing anything?

With just a two tooth change you may not need to do anything. Make sure you still have chain tension in the 11/39(or42). It is possible a very slight cable adjustment might be needed, just to stop a little chain clacking(The cassettes should sit exactly the same, but you never know)

Dont forget to replace the chain when you put the new cassette on!
