These are Macchu Picchu switchbacks.
Do you mean singletrack? Singletrack is tight trails, and can be somewhat more technical than fire-roads or double track.

Definition: Singletrack is a term used to describe a trail that is only wide enough for one person or mountain biker at a time. Singletrack is the most popular or sought after type of mountain bike trail.

If you search "MTB Terms", it comes up with a huge list of MTB slang, some of it commonly used but most of it stuff that only prozeurs would say.

Glad someone remembered the correct spelling.

If it's my title, i'd obviously have to remember it.
It would look silly me writing Pohzekeer Geoffrey Neil Pratt on my finance application for a Yeti 303 to commute on, right?
