Changing my cassette body back to ShimaNO on the PT. Looks like I should probably regrease it. Saris recommends some high dollar stuff that no LBS around here carries. Will any high zoot hub grease work I guess?

Anything I should check out while I'm in there with the hub torn apart? Maybe 3000 miles on the wheel.

Okay, that's what I figured, but searches revealed nothing and Cycleops won't tell you otherwise.
