Good LBS for a newbie? - near Sewell / Deptford NJ

Have a 50+ friend who wants to buy a road or hybrid bike for himself and his wife. I live in Philly and my LBS is in Bucks County, PA so I don't know where to send him to start shopping/testing. Any recommendations? THANKS

peddlers shop in deptford is across the street from deptford mall, nj.
action wheels on rt 45 in woodbury, nj is another good one.
there is a newer shop in haddonfield called keswhick bike (?) but i am not sure name /address.

There is/was a great shop in Mt. Holly on westbound Rt 38 between Pine St. & Madison Ave. It's been a few years, so I don't know what it's like now.
