What type of terrain does everyone like to ride? I just found a fun spot near my house, which is an old, semimaintained gas-well road, and it is quite hilly with large (3-4 foot tall) "speed bumps" to prevent washing (a lot of fun to hit when moving quite fast). It's straight enough to be effectively rideable at night with a wide-angle headlight and is without many, if any sustained climbs (I stink at those long hills). This ride is best at medium speed. The speed bumps probably average around about 50 yards between them, and some are quite close to each other.
