I'm going to guess you mean... "un"usual. ;)

Both designs seem a bit unrealistic, but that's just me. I'm far from a bike design expert.

I don't see the point of making the frame as a full circle. The beauty of this design is the frame circle covers the rear wheel, which covers the front wheel. But the frame doesn't have to be a full circle. It is not like wheels, which have to roll. A half circle could be sufficient, just like those step-over bikes for women.

Both of those are concept bikes that have already been discussed in the forums.

I don't expect either of them to go anywhere; they're just fun 3d renderings.

Steering that first one would be interesting with no head tube and the frame hinged in the middle.
