Cyclocross - Seattle Times article about CX

Bikeforums.net is a forum about nothing but bikes. Our community can help you find information about hard-to-find and localized information like bicycle tours, specialties like where in your area to have your recumbent bike serviced, or what are the best bicycle tires and seats for the activities you use your bike for.
Kind of interesting.

thanks for the link, it was a good lunchtime read. I'd love to do a lot more off-season (pre-and post racing) season around my local area, but unfortunately, just about all of the trails are off-limits to bikes.

Did we note that the author of the article rode and recommended a Motobecane Fantom CX?

^^^ It's a great bike for the money. ^^^
Great article. I feel some 'crossers put too much emphasis on racing and not enough on just riding, like mountain bikers or even roadies do. This article describes very well the type of riding I most enjoy.
(Racing is fun too).

Cool article. Yeah cross bikes go way beyond just racing. They make great commuter bikes too.
