Does anyone know how much a Trek Alpha SL aluminium frame weighs? Is this frame light enough for racing?

When I buy my De Rosa King (after many months of saving and first learning how to ride my Trek), I was thinking of using my Trek as a rain bike and for racing (don't want to crash a De Rosa Carbon frame!). Is the Trek aluminium frame with Ultegra groupset going to be fast enough for racing?

I am not really sure about the weight, I didn't have the chance to weigh the frame alone before I put in the parts, but the trek SL aluminum frames are pretty light; besides it depends on the size of the frame too..
I don't think its a question of lightness, but stiffness when racing.. I think the frame is very stiff, too stiff for me in fact, so i guess its a pretty efficient ride to race in.;)
