It is good to know that Italian super-sprinter Petacchi is not invincible. Zabel defeated him in yesterdays 10th stage of the Vuelta.

Damn, it's nice to see Zabel win a sprint in a grand tour this year!!! He is still the best, well-rounded sprinter of his era in my estimation. :beer:

That was awesome to see.
I think the confusion of that end breakaway in the last KM played a part in his win though. We will see what happens in the coming stages :D

Finally Eric Zabel is being rewarded for yet another season of hard work. He did some serious climbing (in order to finish the Tour, among other races), while most of his competitors were resting.
