How long is too long to wear compression socks? I put them on after a ride, but usually take them off before bed. Should I leave them on?

I sleep with mine on :)
If your legs or feet are falling asleep, the socks might be too small.

Assuming you are using them to help improve blood flow I would think you can wear them as long as you like.

I've left them on for days at a time (post ACL surgery) with no ill effects.
