Yes, but the rim is actually narrower than the specs on the website. but since 16 can go up to 35 (a diff of 19) and 20 can go to 44 (a diff of 24), then I'm guessing a diff of 19 will work on a 13mm rim (32c tire)...
I've successfully run 35c Ritchey Excavaders and/or 35c Panaracer CinderX on those wheels. I've also successfully run 40c Mythos CX Slick (great trail tire, btw), but it felt squirmy enough to make me a little nervous.
I ran 35s on mine for three races, and countless training rides.
