I am thinking about putting Kelly Take-Offs on my touring bike, but I am worried that the cables will be blocked by my handlebar bag. I am using nitto 45mm drops with the smaller ortlieb handlebar bag. Anyone have a similar setup?

No clue. I've never seen them before. If the handlebar bag interfered, maybe you could try a double-stem setup?

I have Kelly Take-Offs on my 45mm drops. I have 11 1/8" between the shifters which allows me to run with a large Topeak handlebar bag. The Take-Offs should come with cable noodles which will allow the cables to swivel at the point they leave the shifter. Give yourself some extra cable when you set them up and you should have no problem.
