Saw team BMC training yesterday in Sonoma County. Stopped by the hotel they were staying at and talked to a couple of the guys and their mechanics. The bike is gourgeous iin person..running Campy gear.
Cool peeps and very accomadating. They are training here agiain today and then there off to Saudi Arabia I think they said and then back for the TOC.
They road part of the TOC yesterday (Trinity Mtn to Napa, which I am doing this afternoon) and were in the saddle for a measly 5 hours (whimps).:D

Is Trinity the connector between Sonoma and Napa? That's a great route; the Coors Classic used it back in the day, too, didn't it? Screaming down Oakville Grade is the exclamation point...

Yep thats the one. I was talkin with the guys and they rode down the coast on Saturday doing the day one route (Of thee TOC) Including Coleman Valley rd from Hwy 1, another nice route.
I plan on doing that climb the morning of the race to get that perfect vieing spot on the hill.
