Thanks, but I already have my own spreadsheet that I track my weight, biking miles, running miles and weight lifting in. I didn't know you were so close to the emeritus status. Good job!!!!

Tom, I am 6'3", and I don't plan on being a clyde the entire 2008 year. I will lose more fat off of my body and gain more muscle, but I will make it under 200, unless something really screws with me.

I have my own as well, it tracks raw distance, then summarizes by week, month and year, weeks run Sunday to Saturday (wanna guess why?), and I copy the weekly numbers to the group spreadsheet. Thinking of adding a weight field, but then I don't want to weigh every day, so I need to figure out the last weight to use.....
