....in my area, say within 100 miles in any direction , for the weekend of April 25th-26th....
I live near Hagerstown, Maryland, ... which is about 75 miles west of the Baltimore/D.C. area.
My goal for '08 is one "organized/supported" century per month, within the time changes....April is the only month not covered yet.....
Help? :)

You may have a tough time finding an organized century in April...most of the ones I'm familiar with don't kick off until late May.
You may be able to find a brevet to participate in like this:

Yeah, I'm aware of that.....I'm just hoping to find an obscure, fledgling ride to get into....I've tried Googlingand haven't been able to come up with anything.....
I actually helped a guy train for PBP back in the early 90's and it was a hoot! ... I was in the best shape of my life at that point.....alas, though I have friends in the northeast, that is a bit out of my territory for a weekend....
Looks like the time changes March 8/9 this year! .... this is awesome! Extra biking time, extra time to commute!

How about a metric in Hershey? At $20. per rider, fully supported, it's a bargain. And, it's comprised of two 32-ish mile loops starting and ending at the same location. You could certainly do one of the loops twice and make it a full century. Heck, I'll bet I could talk some of my pals into playing along with you on the concept :)

Cool - be sure to let me know if you decide to come out and play. I'll definitely be there, rain or shine - I'm doing all of the pre-ride registrations. It's a nicely-sized ride, not crowded.

I just turned up this list (http://www.ohbike.org/events/) when I was looking for details on a ride.
