I'd like to use standard 26.0mm bullhorns with my NJS(25.4) stem. Where would I locate a 26.0 reamer? Is there another option besides an Ergostem or bars with more drop? Sam

I muscled my Syntace bullhorns into my Nitto track stem. Still holding up after 3 years.
Take it to a machine shop and ask them if they could do it, for starters?
If not, you could probably patiently file it out.
There are adjustable reamers.
You should be able to get some 26.0's in there without too much effort if you spread the clamp a bit. A great trick for this is to take the bolt out, put a penny over the inside bolt hole and thread the bolt in. It will hit the penny and expand the clamp. If your stem is not threaded on the outside of the clamp, most bolts with thread in from the backside as well. Just reverse the above.
