I haven't been on my bike in 3 months, road or mtb.

I think we need to do a mtb ride, on a day that we can start 10am or later.

Hey Henry, why don't you post a new thread for that? I can usually get free on Fridays, It would be fun to go with you on you first ride back! I might even be able to beat you up the hill. : )

I'm confident I'll get the OK to ride/exercise on 1/22.
Then I'll get on the spin bike to see where I'm at fitness-wise.

After Arastradero, I'm thinking Black Diamond Mines at some point on a weekend too (got
a friend that lives in Berkeley that I may be able to get riding if it's out that way).

(Reminder: get mountain-bike back together :D)

Arastradero Open Space preserve has a bunch of supposedly mellow trails. I haven't been there so I'm just going on anecdotal evidence.
