Dahon Speed D7 handlebar problems

Hi,

I tried doing a search but it seems to be broken.

I have an 07 Dahon Speed D7. Recently the handlebars and the stem have become quite loose and they feel really unsecure. The clamp to secure the stem to the frame is quite loose too. I think I just need to tighten a screw to fix it, but does anyone know which screw?
