Hola Ivan! Welcome to the forum. If this is really you, I'm afraid you'll have to invest in a beach cruiser if you want to have some company on these hilly BF rides. ;) By the way, I'm impressed how many people actually know who Ivan Dominguez is. Many people at work refer to Lance Armstrong as "that guy with the testicular cancer".

I met Ivan on Angeles Crest once and he was even friendly to an old Fred like me. Great guy, very cool.

Really. The guy happens to ride a bike for a living. He's still human and he still enjoys wasting time on his computer. From what I've seen he's always on MySpace. Why wouldn't he be on here. I can confirm that he's friends with Enzo as I've seen them together. In real life, riding their bikes.

If ivansrt8 wants to make believers out of all of you, he can answer this two pronged question and I will be able to confirm for you all. The correct answer will not be found anywhere else on the internet. Ivan, what was your team before Saturn and what kind of vehicle did that team drive out to California in?

I can also confirm it is Ivan for the naysayers. We started chatting on Myspace I while ago and I happened to send him a link last night to another thread that is ongoing on BF. He came on this morning to check out the other thread that I had told him about. I hope he decides to stick around here for a while. He seems like a genuinely nice guy with more cycling knowledge then most of us could ever comprehend.

It's debatable, and certainly not clear enough (no pun intended) for me to express complete confidence in his reported innocence.

I do think he (Lance Armstrong) is a great cyclist, however.
Just have doubts on his modus operandi. Between the accusations of doping and the fact that he only raced one race per year - the 'one race per year' thing is the bigger asterisk by his name in my mind.

Eddie Merckx raced all year long, baby, and won more than just the tours, more than just the classics, more than just the road events. Like Ivan Dominguez, he competed on the track as well.

Ivan is da man...did you see him take it on the last stage of the tour of california,that was very impressive...!
