Bicycle Mechanics - adjusting rear Campagnolo derailleur

When I shift all the way down to the smallest cog, I have to shift back in 'slightly' (or halfway) for proper alignment. The cables seem pretty tight.

This is the first time I've run Campy stuff and I'd like to learn how to properly align the RD and FD if you have time to explain. It's all Record Carbon.

I just followed the directions that came with the RD, worked great.

It sounds like the high limit screw needs to be adjusted.

However, tzracer's advice is really good and all too rarely followed: RTFM. It's amazing how much the manufacturers know and following their directions can save a ton of problems and questions later on. ;)

Sounds like your high-gear limit stop screw needs to be tightened a skosh.
