Do you ride Pleasant Hill Road?
I was driving up Pleasant Hill Road by Acalanes High School last night (Wednesday, January 16th) and there was a commuter who had a headlight, taillight and a backpack with a reflective yellow triangle. Problem was, he was in the drops and the triangle couldn't be seen because the backpack was horizontal (or nearly so). He was wearing all black clothes and was virtually invisible - even with the taillight (being a bike commuter myself, I really keep an eye out).
Just wanted to let you (and others) know that the reflector on the backpack couldn't even be seen.
Now, back to our regular programming...
