So I'm a big drinker of whole milk, always have been and besides I like it. But I have also been battling with a soft layer of fat that I just can't get rid of no matter what I do. Also through reading I have seen research on a link between milk and acne which I also have a slight problem with on occasion. I was wondering if anyone could give me some info on milk in general from a reliable source since I am considering cutting milk out of my diet and seeing if I can overcome both these problems. Thanks.
Milk is for babies and kitty cats.
You wont be able to go straight to 1% but if you ween yourself down to 2% then to 1% over a few months its not that hard. The only difference between whole and 1% is fat.

Well, 1% milk has 105 calories per 12 oz, and whole mile has about 160 calories per 12oz, and the whole difference is fat. So, yeah, going lighter in milk is certainly a place to start.
I drink a protein fortified milk you can find in most supermarkets. I drink the skim.
Try the 1%.
