I am doing just great. I have a mission again. The Challenge is back and I will be all over that 100 mile course in August. I am so excited! The Philly 100 miler is THE bomb. :p

I also decided to rejoin the YMCA and start swimming again. Back in my triathlon days I use to hit the pool 4-5 times a week. :)

Good luck Tasr. I've been eyeing the rides for 2008 myself while hoping for a warm (warmer at least) spell to get my rear out riding.

Oh, I still ride, but the 100 mile weeks are long gone and my only weight lifting is picking up my boys. Just got a clean bill of health at last physical. Thanks for the encouragement!

Oh, I still ride, but the 100 mile weeks are long gone and my only weight lifting is picking up my boys. Just got a clean bill of health at last physical. Thanks for the encouragement! Before I hit the challenge I'll be back up to 250-300 miles a week weather permitting. I’m 45 and one child still at home but she’s real independent. Sounds like you have young one. God Bless! :D

I can’t wait to get my swimming back up to speed. 1600 meter is ruffle 1 mile = 32 laps in a 25 meter pool. That doesn’t seem so bad. I start at about 800meters which will be 16 laps in a 25 meter pool.

This one can too, but I hates it. I've always been a sinker.

I hate my job - and our weather - soooooo much right now. The great conspiracy of 2007 seems to be carrying through. :(
