As I've said before, I was all fired up about Rock Racing (esp the part about breathing some life into the sport, having a rock-the-boat attitude, and Rashaan is great guy). But I've since heard just enough about Ball's general dickheadedness to jump off that bandwagon.

Sadly, nice guys don't have the kind of business success Ball has had, which has put him in a position to be the new pimp-daddy of bicycle racing.

Check out the thread in the road racing forum. The thread is from a couple of months ago so you might have to look for it. Someone linked the TMZ court documents relating to Ball's sexual harassment case (he's being sued by a former assistant). There are also depositions from people that he's "chased" and "terrorized" through the streets of LA.

Wow, I am a noobe when it comes to this racing scene, but Ball sounds as if he has messed up every relationship with a potential sponsor he has dealt with.

Megalomaniac + Narcissistic = d____bag and probably ultimately not to good for the sport.
