I can't remember the last time I was hit up for spare change out here. (only during my visits to LA). Since I do volunteer work at an indigent rehabilitation facility (working with the homeless) here in OC, that's says a lot.

If you would drive down Los Angeles street in downtown, visit third street promenade or Westwood, you wouldn't tell me that OC has the same homeless problems.
