I am having a devil of a time getting new front cones for a Raleigh Hybrid bike from the early 1990's. I don't know the manufacturer of the hubs, but I measured the front axle, and it's 9.5 mm (3/8") in diameter and is threaded 26 TPI. Anybody have any ideas where to get some cones or a whole new front axle?

It's a cheap bike and I hate to spend big bucks getting some high-end racing component this bike really doesn't need.
