I'm looking at a 7.3 and wondering if anyone has managed to get fenders and studded tires on one and if so what are your thoughts on your setup. Thanks in advance.

I am currently running a 7.3FX with Planet Bike Freddy Fenders.
Once December (and the snow/ice came) I went out to buy a set of studded tires. The shop I went to was low on inventory, and I ended up with 1 Kenda Klondike 700x35 for the front and 1 Kenda Klondike 700x40 for the rear, mounted on a second set of wheels.

The fender in the front still works fine with the 700x35 studded tires, but I had to remove the rear fender to fit the 700x40 in the back. Potentially, switching the tires around might've allowed me to keep both my fenders, but for now, I am simply running a seat-post mounted rear fender.

Overall - I love this bike as my commuter. For the summer, running the PB fenders and the stock 700x32 Bonty Hardcase tires creates a fast, weather-proof commuter.

My setup does not use studded tires but rather home made tire chains. These tire chains are unreal. You cannot make your bike slip on solid ice or snow.

Here is a pic of my 7.3fx with fenders, mudflap and chains.
