Which is better

I was wondering, which is more beneficial, cytomax or gatorade :confused:
Except for taste, is one better than the other for replenishing fluid and stuff

I can't really tell a difference, but if you buy a big can, Cyto is cheaper per serving than Gatorade and much better tasting than powdered Gatorade. I do like Powerade better than Gatorade, from a performance standpoint. Unfortunately, I can only find it in single serving bottles.

I buy my Gatorade from either Costco or Smart & Final. They sell a jug of the Lemon Lime powder for $8.99 or $9.99. I like mine diluted a bit so it makes even more. I go with the cheaper one just cause I go through it like it's water ;)

I recommend Cytomax or Accelerade.

'd try and stay away from gatorade and the like as they'll probably make you thirstier over time - high fructose corn syrup is not your friend.

But to each his own on what works for hydration.
