We'll be there next week as well.
Excellent !
I live less than a mile from there and I'll be sure to mosey on over assuming I can actually get on my bike after my 200K brevet the day before.
Now I know what bike to look for - a stylin' green Orbea (possibly accompanied by a stylin' purple Orbea).
Would you keep the same number next week or will you have a different number? And about what time is your race?
I'll be sticking out like a sore thumb amidst the spectators, with a medium-blue lugged steel bike with fenders & a big whonkin' black canvas saddlebag that no doubt weighs more than your entire bike. :D
I was there this week and the previous two. It was harder then the last two because of the wind. I'll be doing the road race on Saturday and probably the crit again on Sunday.

Maybe I'll cruise over and watch next weekend. Went to Sacto today. We've got one woman on our race team.

That is just so cool. I've only raced in my dreams, and even then I crashed.
You are officially way hip.

I was there, in the 4/5s race first thing (8:30). We were in heavy fog, which suspiciously resembled rain. Pace was nice and slow and people seemed to be behaving sensibly. I did not contest the sprint at the end, but one of my teammates won it.
I didn't stick around for long afterwards as I had some other stuff to do, but I'll be back next Sunday.

It sure looks like it was uncomfortably cold and clammy.

Ha ha...those all make it look downright balmy compared to the 4/5s race.
