I have one of those Performance Forte' aluminum 1" quill stems from a while back and can't seem to find that little dust cap that covers the stem bolt.....anybody have one laying around they can mail to me?

It's the stem I currently have on my blue Proteus road bike....

I need the little cap that goes over the
stem bolt hole that is just above the
word "attached" :)
