Such as Right Here, Right Now by Fatboy Slim or Bittersweet Symphony by The Verve Pipe.

Modern music with the classical sound of string instruments just sounds good, any more songs out there like these?

Is it annoying of me to point out that electric guitars and basses are stringed instruments?

I'm assuming you mean orchestral arrangements?

"I wish I were the rain" by Shedaisy does wonderful things with cellos and violins.

Every disco song ever recorded?

(My best friend's dad was a classical violinist who used to do a lot of session work. Apparently the 70s were fat years for string players since every disco song had to have strings. )
