Seeing as I live in New England and am mighty tired of hearing about the Patriots...

And it will only get worse if they go undefeated...

But I am a Redskins fan and can't stand the Giants...

Will it be a blow out...

Can they both lose???

I'm an eagles fan. I hate the giants and the pats. I also went to school at Univ of Conn where kids are either giants/pats fans and red sox/yankees fans. The stupidity that I heard day in and day out from the brosephs only fueled my hatred for all 4 teams.

I am a fair weather fan for the most part. I like smart people and brilliance. I have always been enamored with the Patriots. They appear to be a classy organization. For some reason, on my fantasy team, I had Brady, Moss, Gaffney, Watson, Stallworth & their defense. I won.

I love the Patriots. Brady & Moss are good looking men .. and smart [football] people.

scoreless tie that some how involves a dual starting quarterback collision resulting in instant unconsciousness for both.

As a huge Colts fan I have to root for anyone who could potentially beat the Pats, even though I don't think the Giants have a chance in hell of beating New England, I still can hope.

I'm a redskins fan but I guess I'll root for the Giants for a day as they're the lesser of two evils in my book. I don't think they've got a chance either so I hope it's at least a good game.

N.E. all the way, just cause the Giants suck. I can't imagine why anyone would cheer them, argggggg.

By the way, I haven't seen a game all year. :)

The game is unimportant. What's important is that people sit, slack-jawed, watching the inane, idiotic commercials, and then tell everyone they know about "how great the commercial for Crappy Product A was!" Ugh.

It falls on my birthday this year. I think I'll go for a bike ride or go up to the mountains and play in the snow for the day.

What is a super bowl? And how much does one cost. Does the bowl contain food?

Grew up a Pats fan.

Then my father got seasons tickets to the Jets, I was 13, and I switched allegiance. My bad.

These days I've pretty much lost all interest in the NFL.

Therefore, as long as it's not the Cowboys or the 49s, I don't really care who wins the Superbowl.

Pats, just so that we have someone who went perfect all the way through.

Pats, for the undefeated

Giants, because they could topple the Pats

this is the most anticipated SuperBowl in my lifetime that is for sure.

That's what I'm thinking. The Super Bowl is a great night to ride because it's like a ghost town here, except for the occasional loon going 80 mph to get beer before half time is over.

Go Giants! They're like the little engine that no one thought could and that's exciting. Manning finds a way to win even when his receivers can't catch. I've been impressed and it would be awesome to see them beat the Pats.

At the very least if it's anything like the rematch at the end of the season this should be a very, very good game. Especially if Tynes doesn't choke.

Go PACKERS!!! No...wait...uhm...nevermind.

The set up was a perfect storybook ending to the career of one of best quarterbacks of all time. playing for the most storied team of all-time. The heavily favored, undefeated Pats upset by Favre and the Packers - It was PERFECT! Then both Brett and the Pack stunk up the joint last Sunday and it's just another ho-hum Super Bowl. Who the frack wrote this crappy script anyway?

Sorry Glenn, the pendulum is swinging back to normalcy..the Steelers on the the down cycle and the Browns are poised to regain their position as one of the traditional powerhouses of the NFL.

Yeah right, but hey, a guy can dream, can't he?

Anyone but the Packers will do.
