K, so talking to AprilM tonight - she had asked me what kind of chamois butter I had because it also takes chain grease out of clothes as a nice side bonus. So I told her it was "Paceline Chamois Butter". Apparently the snow adversely affects hearing up in Nebraska. She say's, "It taste like chamois butter...what?".
Took me a while to stop laughing.
heh - had to share. ;)
Used or virgin?
Baby oil is cheaper and as effective in taking out oil stains.
Can I be the hip organ player at the wedding?

Pheard buddy - no offense but I don't want ya playing with organs anytime I'm in the room. ;)

Haha... yeah, I thought the brand was "Tastes Like Chamois Butter"... maybe I was thinking of I Can't Believe It's Not Butter or something. We Nebraskans don't have cell phone reception up here, so it's hard to hear anything. :p

after getting my cholesterol checked the doctor recommended that I only use Chamois Margarine...
How did you and/or April M get chain grease on clothes in area that chamois butter would come in contact with? Or do I even want to know?

It's a sordid tale really...involving lots of chain lube and two bikes passing in the night...
;) :D
I hope you yelled "on your left"
I thought LONG and HARD but I can't come up with a witty response.

I think that's because when you think LONG and HARD, you aren't thinking at all.

Oh GAWD..................
All I can say is that if your chain lube and chamois butter are contacting each other, you may want to go in for a fitting.

Lol - boy, has this thread tanked into the gutter... ;)
fyi - I think the chamois creme has talcum in it. Talcum powder (baby powder) will draw grease out of anything, so long as the stain hasn't been washed and dried (and therefore set permanently).
