Few questions

1 - What is the difference between tri and time-trial bikes?

2 - I've heard that some companies say that their bikes are Tri when they are just TT bikes that have a seat post that can be oriented as either/or. If that is true, does anyone know which companies manufacture Tri specific bikes.

3 - Anyone have occasion to deal with Elite or Guru.
