Hi
My wife and I went to the spring classics last year (Tour Of Flanders, Gent-Wevelgem and Paris Roubaix) and we had so much fun, that we are going again. (We live in San Francisco btw).
The only downside to the trip was the ability to follow the race on Radio or Portable TV while dashing about the countryside to view the race. It's great to see the sport live but we live and die by Phil Liggett and Paul Sherwen's commentary. It's obviously really hard to understand what happened/is happening in the race when you only see it in brief glimpses.
Is anyone aware of radio stations that broadcast the race live in English that we could tune into in our car? Failing that, does anyone know if the race is broadcast on free TV that we could pick up from a portable TV?
Thanks for your help.
John
