Good morning! I did 78 miles at the MS150 City to Shore in New Jersey on Saturday. Would have ridden the whole thing if it was not for my hand. Still having problems with it (for those of you who encountered me in other threads)... hard to explain now because typing is a challenge but other than that I'm fine :) Once I get the hand sorted out I'll be back on my bike!
Can't wait til next year!

Stacie -- you did great!
Sorry, about your hand issues. I'm not sure what yours are, but there was a young fellow on my ride (10th grade) and he could not straighten his fingers out at all after the ride. He said he played the drums for his high school & he hoped they straightened out soon.
Congrats ****! Hope the hand works itself out soon. One of the guys that I rode with in an MS150 in July had a numb hand for 2 weeks. Finally it came back.

Thanks everyone. I find that with my hands I can't do normal stuff like holding silverware correctly and typing is a challenge. Even certain types of light switches give me trouble, as do smooth and round objects. If anyone has ideas I'd love to hear them.

i did the full 2 days this weekend. saturday was a killer with the heat and the humidity, but sunday was much cooler. hanging out at the beach after the ride was a blast - a great way to end the summer. this year was my first MS150, and i don't think it will be my last :)
