I found cheap tubes on jesonusa but they are 1.50-2.0. my tire is 2.1. is this too small for my usage?

I buy from BicycleTubes.com (http://www.bicycletubes.com/). Spend $25 or more and they give free shipping.
IMO, buy the size that's right for your tire.

A 1.5-2.0 tube will work just fine with a 2.1 up to 2.3's.
