I just came back from the Harbor Freight Tool Store to buy copper brushes to clean the rust from some parts.
They have a 33 piece Bike Tool Set on sale for $25.00 that includes headset wrench, freewheel cog whip, cone wrenches, freewheel remover, BB remover, chain breaker, and a few other essentials. I have everything or I would have bought one. It has almost everything a home bike shop needs.
Especially good if you're just getting started.

I was at Harbor Freight last weekend and I saw it on sale so I bought it. I don't need most of the tools it comes with, but for 25$ bucks I got it for a backup.

For $25 that is so worth it. I need a set of BB, cassette lockring, and freewheel tools, in total it will probably end up costing more than that.

For what it is worth, this is the same Spin Doctor kit that Performance has on sale right now for around $45 only re-branded. Not a bad deal at all, but those chain tools will implode frequently and with extreme prejudice.

I got one 4 months ago and have used about 1/2 of the tools. My Motobecane needs a 19mm which the set does not have. But for cleaning, tighening, and just general use it is a very nice set.

I know this is a random first post, but I also bought that tool set for $25 in the clearance section. Even though the tools are pretty crappy, it's totally worth it for the pedal wrench and an extra set of metric allen wrenches. The chain breaker isn't half bad either.
